Sindro, Inc. (“Sindro,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information from you that we may collect, use or disclose you when you visit www.sindro.io/all Sindro-owned websites and domains, or use our online business management software products (“Software Service”), our social media pages, our direct messaging services, HTML-formatted email messages that Sindro sends you that link to this Privacy Policy, any other products or services offered through any other venues or websites that direct you to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”), and describes how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information.  When you access or use the Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, and that the information contained in this Privacy Policy serves as notice at or before the point of collection for all information collected as described below.

 

1.       Information We Collect

We may collect personal information about you, meaning information that can uniquely identify you, from various sources, such as:

You do not have to provide Sindro with certain of your personal information, however, if you decide not to provide or enable Sindro to collect the necessary information, Sindro may not be able to provide the Services. You represent to Sindro that you have the authority to disclose any personal information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with the Services, and have the right to grant Sindro permission to use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

The personal information we may collect about you may include, without limitation:

In addition, if you access and use the Services on a mobile device and your mobile device’s settings allow it, we may collect information about your real-time location. Please see the “Your Choices” section below for information regarding how to limit the location information that we may collect when you access and use the Services on a mobile device.

Our websites offer publicly accessible message boards, blogs, and community forums. Please keep in mind that if you disclose personal information through Sindro public message boards, blogs, or forums, as offered through the Services, this information may be viewed, collected and used by others. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information or some content (if, for example, it is reposted by another user), in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

 

Testimonials, Ratings or Reviews

If you submit testimonials, ratings or reviews to the Services, any personal information you include may be displayed in the Services. If you want your testimonial removed, please contact us at hello@sindro.io.

Our Services may contain links to other websites, services or products, including any websites, services, applications or products of our Clients or advertisers or other third parties, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own.  We are not responsible for the collection, use or disclosure of information collected through third-party websites, applications or other services and expressly disclaim any liability related to such collection, use or disclosure.  We are also not responsible for any information or content contained on such websites or in connection with such applications or services.  Links to other websites, applications or services are provided solely as a convenience.  Your browsing, use and interaction on any other websites, applications or services, including those which have a link to the Sindro’s website, are subject to that website’s/application’s/service’s own rules and policies.  Accordingly, we recommend that you review the privacy policy posted on any website/application/service that you may access through, or which links to the Sindro website.

 

11.    Children Under the Age of 13

The Services are not directed to, and Sindro does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. 12.    SIGN-IN SERVICES

You can log in to some of the Services using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect, Google or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form. Some services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on our websites to your profile page to share with others within your network. In addition, when using some of our mobile applications we may allow you a chance to tell friends about our services by accessing the contacts in your Facebook or other social media account.

 

13.    PAYMENT PROCESSORS

 

We currently use third party payment processors for internet-based payment services. If you wish to make a payment through Services, your personal information may be collected by such third parties directly and not by us, and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, third parties’ collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

 

14.    [SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES AND WIDGETS

 

The Services includes social media features such as the Facebook Like button, and widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our websites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our websites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our websites. Your interactions with these features are shared with such third parties and governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Sindro reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will provide notice to you (by email at hello@sindro.io) that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy. In the event we make a material change to how we use your personal information, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use. 16.    data transfers

Sindro is based in the State of Idaho in the United States. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.

We will retain your personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
