Mary is a seasoned professional in health club operations and fitness software management experience, Mary has the knowledge, experience, and passion to provide clubs with technology that fits their business model needs. Mary enjoys family time, traveling, working out, nature, and indulging in documentaries.
Mike Tisdale, VP of Business Development/Co-Founder
Mike has over 20 years of experience as a health club owner and operator. He has consulted with multiple club chains in best business practices, sales, and operations. Outside of the fitness industry, Mike loves spending time with his daughter and family, staying active in the gym and outdoors, and catching a Bills game.
Caitlin Tupper, Head of Product
Caitlin's background in sports and her degree in Kinesiology led her into the health club industry 20+ years ago where she discovered a love of club software. She transitioned into the software side as a product specialist and now acts as head of product. Outside of work, she can be found either renovating, pet sitting or out on the water.
Madison Holly, Head of Customer Success
As Head of Customer Success, Madi is passionate about making your experience with Sindro, the best! From onboarding and training to technical support-she is your person! Your success is our success and Madi is here to make that happen. Outside of work, she enjoys playing basketball, showing horses, and hiking with her dog.
